- Make and receive calls on behalf of our customers in B2B and B2C; - Analyze and understand the problems or needs of customers and offer them; a solution adapted to their needs; - Participate in the management and processing of customer requests (call, database management, etc.); - Provide information likely to impact production and the customer during processing

- In charge of back office activities, mailing, reception and sending of calls. Perform activities on behalf of a telecommunications company such as: - Support for incoming calls and possibly prospecting for new customers by phone, - processing requests for assistance and information from customers and prospects, - Clarification, proposal of solutions to customer complaints, - response to requests by email in order to assist, inform and respond to various customer requests, - Client advice on the use of the company's products and services.
