- Answering the phone, emails, messages in order to provide information about the company's products and/or services; - Generate potential customers by taking order details and answering questions related to any queries, - Keep an archive of customer interactions and possible transactions, keep details of requests, complaints and comments and the actions taken to resolve them, - Manage Social Media presence by adhering to a strict Communication policy, - Track inquiries and complaints and ensure that the relevant resolution steps have been followed at each customer interaction, - Forward each unresolved problem or exceptional claim to the persons in charge, - Provide a report of Customer Service activity (problem statistics, resolution, SLA, customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, etc), Help improve customer service procedures to make the department more efficient, more customer friendly and less time consuming.
